It will take place our winery.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"verdana,sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">This activity rises up from the need to give continuity to two projects developed in the three last years on the subject of equality: <strong>Integra<\/strong> and <strong>Social <span class=\"unknown\">Coop<\/span><\/strong>. They both procure a social, political, economic and cultural participation orientated to the equality of opportunities while the opportunity of the cooperatives of developing projects of assistance to old people is valued.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"verdana,sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">In this program, in what they also take part other federations of cooperatives of Spain, they are identified cooperative (as it is the case of <span class=\"unknown\">Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax<\/span>)\u00a0 to initiate the increase and improvement of the participation of the women in the Governing Advice, through formative actions and of sensitization, mainly orientated to partner women, or linked to the cooperative, also males being able to take part.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"verdana,sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">At the same time, in the winery the starting of enterprising actions in the rural one is being invigorated, particularly <span class=\"unknown\">asitenciais<\/span> related to the service of social services in the sector of attention to the dependent people, where the conciliation of the work, personal and familiar life besides strategic factor is contemplated as an opportunity of business and diversification of the cooperatives. <span class=\"unknown\">Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax<\/span> is a cooperative with a long trajectory of cultural and social commitment.<\/p>\n<p>The act will start at <strong>11:30 hours<\/strong> with the participation of <strong><span class=\"unknown\">Susana L\u00f3pez Abella<\/span><\/strong>, general secretary of Equality of the <span class=\"unknown\">Xunta<\/span> of Galicia, the president of Wine Growers <span class=\"unknown\">Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax<\/span>, <strong><span class=\"unknown\">Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez<\/span> <\/strong>and the president of <span class=\"unknown\">AGACA<\/span>, <strong><span class=\"unknown\">Jos\u00e9 Montes<\/span>.<\/strong><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"verdana,sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">This action is set in an agreement of collaboration among <span class=\"unknown\">Cooperativas<\/span> Land-alimentarias of Spain and the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, through the Secretariat of State of Social Services and Equality, with the financing of the European Social Fund and the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"verdana,sans-serif\" size=\"-1\">The interested ones in taking part can call the <span class=\"unknown\">AGACA<\/span> to the 981 584 783, asking about <span class=\"unknown\">Ruth Rodr\u00edguez<\/span> or <span class=\"unknown\">Berta P\u00e9rez<\/span>.<\/font><\/p>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"On Tuesday 10th of September\u00a0 the Galician Association of Food and Agricultural Cooperatives (Agaca) and Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax will develop the day: \"Entrepreneurship and promotion of the leadership of the women in the organs of decision of the food and agricultural cooperatives in Galicia\".
