The third weekend in August the sailors\u2019 village of Vilaxoan<\/strong> was again the epicentre of music with a total of 23 concerts<\/strong> of bands from seven different regions and countries such as Brazil, Austria, and Italy, among others. The great variety was not only geographical but also shown thanks to the combination of music styles – punk, rap, reggae, pop, and folk.<\/p>\n

Cuisine played a main role in Revenidas Festival 16<\/a>, where families and groups of all ages enjoyed the traditional \u201csardi\u00f1ada\u201d (grilled sardines) but also the modern cuisine by chefs with Michelin star<\/strong>: In\u00e9s Abril of Maruja Lim\u00f3n<\/a> Restaurant and Alberto G. Prelcic of Silabario<\/a> Restaurant. And all of this paired with our semidry Albari\u00f1o Marieta, once again official wine of this Festival.<\/p>\n

Revenidas<\/strong> welcomed more than 35 activities for all audiences, one of them particularly significant because of its solidary character<\/strong>: Gala de Revenidas in favour of Refugees<\/strong> which was held in the adjacent park with performing arts, acrobatics, humour and music.<\/p>\n

A weekend \u00a0was long enough for filling every available space, both camping and beach areas and it left us with a good impression.
