November will be a month of haute cuisine in Bodegas Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax. Os Showcookings de C\u00f3dax <\/strong>are back! A cycle of 3 cooking shows will bring to the winery some of the best Michelin-starred chefs in Galicia who will be cooking in live and making the best possible matches for our selection of wines.<\/p>\n

Xo\u00e1n Crujerias, <\/strong>of A Estaci\u00f3n de Cambre<\/strong> will open this cycle on November, 8<\/strong> coinciding with the European Day of Wine tourism. With a clear passion in cooking, tradition, landscape, respect, independence and the desire to change, his style is a middle way between the gastronomic dreams and the rationality of the cuisine.<\/p>\n

Xo\u00e1n will make 5 dishes to pair with our special wines: Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax, Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax L\u00edas, Organistrum, Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Vindel and Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Gallaecia.<\/p>\n

Iv\u00e1n Dominguez will be the next <\/strong>Michelin starred chef<\/strong> to join us in <\/strong>Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax<\/strong>. Our wines will be paired with 5 new <\/strong>recipes from the chef of the <\/strong>Restaurante Alborada.\u00a0 His Atlantic<\/strong> style<\/strong> cuisine, which is dominated by the search for harmony of flavors and the exact<\/strong> cooking of the products for them to arrive <\/strong>\u201calive\u201d but <\/strong>magnified<\/strong>, will be the <\/strong>protagonist<\/strong> on November, 15.<\/strong><\/p>\n
