We present a new edition of our most emblematic gastronomic series, reaffirming our commitment to Galician cuisine, our landscape, and culinary talent.<\/p>\n
This summer, evenings overlooking the R\u00eda de Arousa once again become a meeting point for cuisine, landscape, and Atlantic culture. Our terrace hosts a new edition of this gastronomic series, which each year brings together some of the most outstanding names in Galician cuisine in a truly unique setting.<\/p>\n
Between July 1st and August 19th, eight chefs from different parts of Galicia will share their way of understanding cuisine in a proposal that combines local produce, territory, and creativity. Each session is designed as an exclusive experience where contemporary gastronomy pairs with the winery\u2019s Albari\u00f1o wines and the landscape of O Saln\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
A must-attend event of the Galician summer, bringing together everything from Michelin-starred and Repsol Sun-awarded projects to emerging proposals shaping the future of Galician cuisine. All of them share a common philosophy: respect for the product, a deep connection to the land, and a cuisine with its own identity.<\/p>\n
Each session becomes a unique sensory experience, where attendees can enjoy dishes created exclusively for the series.
