Si; moitas emoci\u00f3ns foron as vividas durante o <strong>D\u00eda Europeo do Enoturismo<\/strong> na nosa casa.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o showcooking, cuxa coci\u00f1a correu a cargo do Director Gastron\u00f3mico do <strong>Grupo Amicalia<\/strong>, foron aparecendo un a un os protagonistas da nosa campa\u00f1a de publicidade. Uns invitados moi especiais que souberon chegar ao coraz\u00f3n de cada un dos asistentes grazas \u00e1s s\u00faas historias persoais e profesionais que aqu\u00ed compartiron.<\/p>\n<p>Invitados que, ademais, serviron de inspiraci\u00f3n a <strong>Iv\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong> para a elaboraci\u00f3n en directo dun total de 5 pratos, que son os que o p\u00fablico puido degustar acompa\u00f1ados dos nosos cinco principais vi\u00f1os: <strong>Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax, Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Leas, Organistrum, Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Vindel<\/strong> e <strong>Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Gallaecia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pero os <strong>Fillos do Atl\u00e1ntico<\/strong> non foron os \u00fanicos acompa\u00f1antes de <strong>Iv\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>. Na s\u00faa coci\u00f1a tam\u00e9n estiveron presentes a s\u00faa nai, <strong>Rosa Pereda<\/strong>, o panadeiro <strong>Eladio Pazos<\/strong>, e o co\u00f1ecido pasteleiro e mestre chocolateiro, <strong>Ariel Medizabal<\/strong>, finalista da copa do Mundo de Pasteler\u00eda en Lyon en 2009.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;FILLO DO ATL\u00c1NTICO: O SHOWCOOKING&#8221; PASO A PASO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coas vistas da R\u00eda de Arousa ao fondo, demos a benvida na nosa terraza a todos os afortunados que conseguiron comprar unha entrada. S\u00f3 foron 75 as que se puxeron \u00e1 venda e en poucos d\u00edas estaban esgotadas. Un dato fant\u00e1stico, tendo en conta que o 10% do despacho de billetes destinar\u00e9molo \u00e1 loita contra o cancro de pr\u00f3stata, a trav\u00e9s da <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola contra o Cancro (AECC).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Iv\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong> (https:\/\/youtu.be\/nxFQmmfxRys), fac\u00eda a s\u00faa entrada da man do seu amigo, o panadeiro, <strong>Eladio Pazos<\/strong>. El mesmo desvelaba a primeira das sorpresas: durante toda a xornada, elaborou pan a base de auga mari\u00f1a en rigoroso directo e diante do p\u00fablico. Mesmo alg\u00fans dos asistentes estiveron coas m\u00e1s na masa. Ao finalizar, todos nos puidemos levar un \u00e1 nosa casa. Un agasallo moi saboroso!<\/p>\n<p>Ao longo do showcooking, Iv\u00e1n non estivo s\u00f3 en ning\u00fan momento. A primeira en sumarse foi a s\u00faa propia nai, <strong>Rosa Pereda<\/strong>, que lle axudou a crear o primeiro dos pratos (<strong>Rubio guisado con crema de clementinas<\/strong>) \u00e1 vez que \u00eda desvelando algunha das an\u00e9cdotas m\u00e1is divertidas da infancia do seu fillo. Este primeiro prato foi acompa\u00f1ado con <strong>Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Gallaecia<\/strong>, comezando as\u00ed cun dos vi\u00f1os m\u00e1is arriscados da adega en canto a maridaxes ref\u00edrese.<\/p>\n<p>Para a s\u00faa segunda proposta (<strong>Fabas de Lourenz\u00e1 e ameixas de Cambados<\/strong>) contou co apoio da mariscadora <strong>Victoria Oubi\u00f1a<\/strong> (https:\/\/youtu.be\/gAfDCunWaWk). Esta cambadesa, que leva anos exercendo a s\u00faa profesi\u00f3n primeiro por obrigaci\u00f3n e despois por paix\u00f3n, viu na receita de Iv\u00e1n, a s\u00faa d\u00eda a d\u00eda na R\u00eda de Arousa. O vi\u00f1o elixido para esta ocasi\u00f3n foi Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax L\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Tras Victoria, outro invitado un\u00edase \u00e1 coci\u00f1a de Dom\u00ednguez. Chegaba a quenda do mari\u00f1eiro <strong>Isidro Mari\u00f1o<\/strong> (https:\/\/youtu.be\/NdcPw422EAw) Un lobo de mar para o que o coci\u00f1eiro preparou <strong>Xarda la\u00f1ada e afumada con ac\u00edculas de pi\u00f1eiro e crema de grelos fermentados<\/strong>. Un prato como este non pod\u00eda estar maridado por outro vi\u00f1o que non fose <strong>Organistrum<\/strong>, o noso albari\u00f1o fermentado en barrica.<\/p>\n<p>Para a s\u00faa cuarta proposta (<strong>Percebes ao sal de alga percebe<\/strong>), Iv\u00e1n pediu a materia prima ao seu seguinte acompa\u00f1ante, o percebeiro <strong>Joaqu\u00edn SanMiguel<\/strong> (https:\/\/youtu.be\/A3kvgjmtHdk). Ousado, arriscado e cun complexo traballo \u00e1s s\u00faas costas, como <strong>Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Vindel<\/strong>, o noso vi\u00f1o m\u00e1is extremo e o protagonista neste punto do showcooking.<\/p>\n<p>Tras catro fant\u00e1sticos pratos, aqu\u00ed non acabara todo. De s\u00fapeto, <strong>Katia \u00c1lvarez<\/strong>, a nosa en\u00f3loga, abandonou o seu rol e p\u00faxose en mans de Iv\u00e1n. A ela relevouna <strong>Ramiro Aragunde<\/strong>, viticultor e socio fundador da cooperativa (https:\/\/youtu.be\/1uQpse66Ywo). Un fant\u00e1stico substituto para falar do principal vi\u00f1o da adega, Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax, que, sorprendentemente, tra\u00eda a sobremesa aos comensais.<\/p>\n<p>E, para falar de sobremesas ningu\u00e9n mellor que, acompa\u00f1ando a Iv\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez, o pasteleiro e mestre chocolateiro <strong>Ariel Mendizabal<\/strong>, finalista da Copa do Mundo de Pasteler\u00eda de Lyon en 2009. Ambos retaron ao p\u00fablico para crear a s\u00faa propia versi\u00f3n de &#8220;<strong>Orballo de Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax<\/strong>&#8220;. As\u00ed que os asistentes pux\u00e9ronse ao choio. A ga\u00f1adora foi Mar\u00eda Campos, que levou unha botella de Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax Gallaecia como recompensa da s\u00faa orixinalidade.<\/p>\n<p>E cando parec\u00eda que xa todo finalizaba, chegaba a \u00faltima das sorpresas.<\/p>\n<p>Para acabar ao grande, Katia presentou en primicia o noso novo <strong>espumoso Mart\u00edn C\u00f3dax<\/strong>, unha edici\u00f3n limitada realizada a partir dunha vendima seleccionada a principios de setembro, e elaborado co m\u00e9todo tradicional Champanoise.
