We have prepared a very delicious tasting for the end of March in the vinoteca Vinoteo in Oviedo.
It is the tasting of Best Cheeses of the World, where attendants will try 8 types of very special cheeses that are among the best of the planet. Directed by Pascual Cabaño, cheesemaker and owner of Rey Silo, our most famous and most international cheese, many secret of each of the cheeses, the elaboration, from where they originate, their history and others aspects of this product will be discovered.
Our wines, which will be also protagonists in the tasting, will accompany these delicious cheeses. Our winemaker Katia Álvarez, will present the chosen wines that in this case are Martín Códax,Martín Códax Lías, Marieta, Cuatro Pasos and Mara Martín
