Our wine Martín Códax Lías, has just been recognized as the 2017 Best White Wine (without barrel) of Spain!
We cannot be happier. And not only for the award itself, but because it is the fourth consecutive year that the Asociación Española de Periodistas y Escritores del Vino (AEPEV) awards one of our wines with such a precious distinction.
Martín Códax Lías, has been previously recognized with its 2011 and 2014 vintages. In 2015, it was our main brand, Martín Códax, with the 2014 vintage. And 2016, Martín Códax Vindel was the chosen wine.
Celebrating in this occasion the IX Edition of the Mejores Vinos y Espirituosos de España, the tasting, with a double round vote, included over 650 references from all over the national territory.
The continues drive of our winemakers towards quality and our involvement in R + D + i, through projects such as Globalviti or Vinovert or the use of tools such as remote sensing, allow us to constantly increase the quality of our wines. The result, a great appreciation and recognition amongst both consumers and specialized media.
