You rarely have the opportunity to meet the best Spanish restaurants chefs together in the same event. But, we had this great opportunity last 29th November. It was unforgettable.
More than 60 chefs from all the country were called to attend the “Jornadas de Exaltación de la Centolla” organized by the Regional Marine Ministry. Among all of them, there were 20 Michelin Stars such as Paco Roncero or Nacho Manzano (both with 2 Michelin Stars) and the Galician chefs Pepe Solla and Yayo Daporta.
There were in our city to get to know first-hand such a valued product: the spider crab. In fact, they made a boat trip to visit some spider crab fishing areas in the Ría de Arousa. During the trip, the chefs had an incredible lunch menu paired with a selection of our wines: Albariño Martín Códax, Albariño Martín Códax Lías, Albariño Organistrum and Albariño Martín Códax Gallaecia. All of them were presented by our winemaker Katia Álvarez.
It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to share this day with such incredible chefs!! It was an unmissable date!
