As Tardes do Atlántico are back!

We present a new edition of our most emblematic gastronomic series, reaffirming our commitment to Galician cuisine, our landscape, and culinary talent.

This summer, evenings overlooking the Ría de Arousa once again become a meeting point for cuisine, landscape, and Atlantic culture. Our terrace hosts a new edition of this gastronomic series, which each year brings together some of the most outstanding names in Galician cuisine in a truly unique setting.

Gastronomy with identity, wine with origin

Between July 1st and August 19th, eight chefs from different parts of Galicia will share their way of understanding cuisine in a proposal that combines local produce, territory, and creativity. Each session is designed as an exclusive experience where contemporary gastronomy pairs with the winery’s Albariño wines and the landscape of O Salnés.

A must-attend event of the Galician summer, bringing together everything from Michelin-starred and Repsol Sun-awarded projects to emerging proposals shaping the future of Galician cuisine. All of them share a common philosophy: respect for the product, a deep connection to the land, and a cuisine with its own identity.

Signature cuisine at sunset

Each session becomes a unique sensory experience, where attendees can enjoy dishes created exclusively for the series. A relaxed and intimate format that allows guests not only to taste each proposal, but also to meet the chefs, discover their stories, their creative processes, and their connection to the territory.
