November will be a month of high kitchen in the facilities of Bodegas Martín Códax. Os showcookings of Códax, a cycle of 3 showcookings that will bring to the winery to some of the best Galician heads of kitchen, all they with star Michelín, arrive. They will cook in direct to the public and they will prepare the best pairings for our selection of wines.
Pepe Solla of Casa Solla will open the cycle. He will prepare in rigorous direct 5 elaborations to pair with our wines of special elaborations: Martín Códax, Martín Códax Lías, Organistrum and Martín Códax Gallaecia. The last one of his recipes will be used for accompanying the Martín Códax Vindel, the new albariño of the winery: an elaboration originated from an extreme viticulture and grapes exposed to a prolonged ripen. An original and elegant wine, born to be an albariño, only and different.
Javier Olleros, of the restaurant Culler de Pau, will be the following Estrella Michelín that accompanies us in the winery. On this occasion his creations will be used for accompanying the flag ship of the winery, to the special elaborations Martín Códax Lías,Martín Códax Vindel, Organistrum and Martín Códax Lías Gallaecia.
The cycle is concluded on the 30th of November with Yayo Daporta. The head of kitchen that directs the restaurant that takes his name will delight the attendant public with his kitchen, “based in the good taste and common sense and between the vanguard and the tradition” . It will be a whole experience. The most complex elaborations of the winerywill be again the protagonists in this showcooking.

The 9th of Novembro: Pepe Solla de Casa Solla
The 16th of Novembro: Javier Olleros de Culler de Pau
The 30th of Novembro: Yayo Daporta of Restaurant Yayo Daporta.
Every show includes a guided visit to the winery and the assistance to the showcooking, in which attendatns will be able to prove all the creations of the cooks with their respective maridaxes.All the events start at 11.00 o’clock and have an approximate duration of 4 hours. The gauging is of 30 people.
